    How should I send my return back?

    Please note, that shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We currently do not provide return labels. You may email us at shopmoderngenie@gmail.com and we can email one to you. Modern Genie will deduct $7.99 from your refund if our USPS label is used.

    Return Shipping costs are currently not reimbursed by Modern Genie and you will not be refunded for the original cost of shipping.

    • Securely repack your items in the re-sealable package you received them in.

    • Enclose a copy of the receipt and completed RETURN FORM.

    • Affix our included Prepaid Return Label to the package and drop off.

    • Drop your package off at a U.S. Postal Service mailbox or post office OR visit >www.USPS.com/pickup to arrange for a free pickup.
